How do I track my order?
All UK parcels are shipped via the Royal Mail Tracked service. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been given to the Post Office.
Don't hesitate to get in touch with me for information on delivery to other countries.
How do I return an item?
Please return through Royal Mail Tracked. If a piece is damaged, postage will be covered by me.
What is a Hallmark?
Any silver pieces which are over 7 grammes in weight must, by law, be hallamarked as a guarantee of the quality of the metal. Pieces under that weight are exempt.
The Hallmark shows the makers mark (who created the piece), what the metal is ,where it was hallmarked and a letter which indicates the year it is hallmarked.
How can I contact your couriers?
Please contact Royal Mail directly if you have an issue with delivery.
What is your returns policy?
The returns policy is as follows;
-Email me with the subject line "Returns Request {Your Order Number}"
-Please include a reason for your wish to return the piece and photographs.
-I will respond to your request and, once the parcel is returned, process your refund.
Details on returns can also be found in your shipping parcel.
1. All items must be paid in full before any work can begin, this includes custom orders.
2. I hope you will be happy with your purchase but if, for any reason you are not, please contact me with details in the first instance.
3 Any returned items must be in the same condition received. You have 28 days to return your items for a full money refund or exchange.
4. Prior to purchasing items, please check the details of the item and contact if you require any further information
5. Please remember that when purchasing an item with a gemstone, not all gemstones look the same and may differ slightly in colour and shading.
6. When buying earrings it is advised to wipe the earring pins before first wear. All items are cleaned and polished before leaving the workshop however, there may be residue from any packaging.
7. Please note that earrings are non-refundable due to health and safety reasons.
8. If paying by invoice please note that items will not be processed until payment has been received.
